The administration team are an essential part of Nutri-Link and act as the primary interface for incoming calls. Managing hundreds of calls a day they also fill numerous other key roles to support the company and its practitioners.
Claire Bain: Practitioner, Education and Media Co-Ordinator
Claire looks after the educational administration in the company from finding ‘hosts’ for regional workshops to helping plan and organise international travel and accommodation for our speakers coming in from abroad. As part of the marketing and educational group she combines her administration duties with the evolution of the educational programme in a calm and efficient manner. Claire is also responsible for managing the social media components of the company including Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Heather Huxtable
Heather spent many years in the financial industry coordinating the customer service teams and brings this efficient approach to the full time administration role she occupies at Nutri-Link. Assisting with order selection and purchasing advice, Heather is a valuable front line team member.
Helen Nash
Helen migrated to Devon after several years in East Anglia and brings an air of efficient and friendly care to her primary role of assisting with sales orders and requests. With extensive experience in customer service, she also looks after the couriers and manages the Nutri-Link memory stick content and distribution, so appreciated by attendees at seminars, as Nutri-Link continues its environmental policy of reducing paper use to a minimum.
Kim Osborn
For many years Kim managed the accounts receivable section of a local company and brings this skill to Nutri-Link for the control of accounts as well as keeping the Post Office up to speed with their performance and aims to ensure all packages arrive safe and sound. This essential role keeps lost parcels to an absolute minimum.
Jenny Cronin
Jenny supports the practitioners both in order processing and by managing the monthly accounts and keeping on top of practitioner statements. In addition she acts as Michael Ash’s PA, assisting with his busy schedule and patients.
Sarah Catterick
Sarah works as a Sales and Customer Service Administrator for Nutri-Link assisting with order requests and sales administration. Sarah recently moved to Devon after living and working in Qatar. She has spent the bulk of her career working for the Ministry of Defence in a variety of roles. She loves Jimmy Choo shoes and is learning to fly, but finds the time to fit in lots of reading as well!
